We use pre-designed questions to determine the character, quality and suitability of the applicant for the law enforcement position.

FCIS will conduct a separate interview, which will consist of forms designed by FCIS to include a drug use statement, authorization for release of information, credit release, medical release and a background questionnaire. Because of our thorough, proven process, applicants have been eliminated due to their lack of candor and/or illegal activity.

We also employ GPS tracking devices whenever legally permitted.

We pay special attention to all state and federal statutory regulations, as well as private sector liability for unlawful surveillance (civil and criminal liability.) We are careful not to violate anyone’s "reasonable expectation of privacy."
